Unfortunately, she was rude and dismissive. She claimed the technician had fixed the problem and that the water temperature was now considered normal for the shower. There was no apology, compensation, or offer of any solution. She seemed to trust the technician over the paying customers. We will never return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
